Forum Group Ukraine's business centers completely autonomous
KYIV. Nov 17 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Forum business centers are completely autonomous, Iryna Shkolnyk, founder, member of the Supervisory Board of Forum Group Ukraine, said.
"The electricity and water situation requires a quick solution. And it’s not just about the efficiency of people in the workplace. Here it is also about the fact that in moments of crisis, employees can come to business centers to simply take a shower, and their children can study their lessons in the light. We give such an opportunity and even urge not to suffer at home without electricity and water, but to remember that Forum Business Centers are completely autonomous," Shkolnyk said on her Facebook page.
She added that the use of electricity is now fully optimized; outdoor lighting reduced by 80%: used only at night for security purposes; everything in the interior lighting has been replaced with LED lamps.
"Nothing works without the need [this is about electrical appliances, because they consume the most]. Light consumes no more than 15% of the total amount of electricity used. We purchased diesel generators. We hold conversations with tenants on the use of air conditioners. We urge to regulate heating, and not turn on air conditioners," Shkolnyk said.
In addition, tanks and pools with technical water are filled in the business centers; there is a large supply of drinking water; toilets installed.
Shkolnyk recalled that the heating in the Forum Group business centers is completely autonomous and does not depend on central power systems.
"Times are really tough. But we will definitely get through this. It seems that nothing can break us! The main thing is to take care of each other," Shkolnyk concluded.
Forum Group is one of the largest networks of business centers in Ukraine. It includes 11 business centers of classes A and B with a total area of 200,000 square meters.
