FMs of Ukraine, Singapore discuss deepening of bilateral cooperation
KYIV. Sept 21 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Foreign Ministers of Ukraine and Singapore Dmytro Kuleba and Vivian Balakrishnan discussed the deepening of bilateral cooperation at a meeting in New York.
"Singapore’s Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan and I met in New York to deepen the bilateral cooperation between our countries. Grateful to Singapore for standing with Ukraine," Kuleba said on Twitter on Wednesday.
In turn, Balakrishnan indicated that he and Kuleba discussed regional and international events.
"Dmytro Kuleba spoke about Ukraine’s defence against Russia’s invasion. We share a commitment to the UN Charter, principles of political independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity for all countries," Singapore’s Foreign Minister said.
