Five people killed, two wounded amid shelling in Donetsk region over past day – region’s head

KYIV. Dec 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Over the past day, as a result of shelling of settlements in Donetsk region, five people have been killed, two more people injured, head of the Regional Military Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko has said.

"It became known about five civilians of Donetsk region killed by Russians on December 8: three in Bakhmut, one in Toretsk and one in Netailove. Another two people have been injured in the region," Kyrylenko wrote on the Telegram channel on Friday morning.

At the moment it is impossible to establish the exact number of victims in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
