Five people killed, twelve wounded in enemy shelling of Donetsk region in past 24 hours – region governor

KYIV. Sept 22 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Five people were killed and twelve were wounded as a result of enemy shelling attacks on residential areas in Donetsk region in the past 24 hours, Head of Donetsk Regional Military Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko has said.

"On September 21, the Russian forces killed five civilian residents of Donbas: two in Kurakhove, one in Bakhmut, one in Avdiyivka and one in Karlivka. Twelve people were wounded. Currently it is impossible to establish the exact number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha," he said on the Telegram channel on Thursday morning.
