Fire at Chuhuyiv school extinguished, no casualties reported – Emergency Service
KYIV. Sept 20 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The fire at the school of Chuhuyiv (Kharkiv region), which broke out the night before, was extinguished on Monday morning, there are no casualties reported, the press service of the State Emergency Service reported.
"At 19:28 on September 19, in the town of Chuhuyiv, a roof fire broke out in a two-storey building of school No. 2. At 6:30 on September 20, the fire was extinguished by the State Emergency Service. There were no casualties. The fire destroyed the roof and ceiling on an area of 500 square meters," the Service reported on its website on Monday.
Fifty-six people and 14 pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing, of which 50 people and 12 pieces of equipment were from the State Emergency Service.
