Experience in peaceful reintegration of Croatian Danube is essential for Ukraine – Plenković
KYIV. Dec 8 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković believes that the Croatian experience in the process of peaceful reintegration of the Danube is very important for Ukraine.
"The peaceful reintegration of the Croatian Danube is the only successful mission in Europe, which made it possible for Croatia to return the temporarily occupied territories peacefully," Plenković said at a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Kyiv on Wednesday.
The official also said that no model can be easily copied, but the opportunity is based on successful experience.
"This experience is extremely useful for Ukraine, taking into account that today it has occupied territories," he said.
