European Solidarity announces upcoming submission on law on de-oligarchization to Constitutional Court
KYIV. Oct 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – MP of the European Solidarity faction, head of the parliamentary committee for Ukraine’s integration into the European Union Ivanna Klimpush-Tsintsadze announces the preparation of a submission to the Constitutional Court regarding the law on de-oligarchization.
"A submission to the Constitutional Court on this bill is also being prepared," Klimpush-Tsintsadze told journalists at the parliament on Tuesday.
Earlier, MPs from the European Solidarity faction submitted to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), the State Bureau of Investigations (SBI) and the Prosecutor General’s Office of the statement on the mono-majority MPs crimes due to with the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of the law on de-oligarchization.
