EU needs to hold dialog with gas producers, not accuse them of undersupply – Schroeder
VERONA. Oct 28 (Interfax) – Europe should conduct dialog with gas suppliers to resolve its problems with high prices, not accuse them of undersupplying gas, former German Chancellor and current Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rosneft (MOEX: ROSN) Gerhard Schroeder said.
"It would be reasonable to engage in dialogue with suppliers rather than to level accusations," he said at the Eurasian Economic Forum in Verona.
Schroeder said there were many reasons for the high prices. He mentioned problems with supply from Norway and with LNG from the United States.
