BRUSSELS. Nov 15 (Interfax) – The foreign ministers of the European Union member states have modified the sanctions regime on Belarus making it possible to impose restrictions over the migration crisis on the border between EU countries and Belarus in the wake of the arrival of migrants from Middle East countries, the Council of the European Union said in a statement on Monday.
"The Council today amended its sanctions regime in view of the situation at the EU’s border with Belarus," it said.
