EU disburses EUR 500 mln instalment of exceptional MFA to Ukraine
KYIV. Dec 14 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The EU has disbursed a tranche of EUR 500 million as part of an exceptional Macro-Financial Assistance (MFA) to Ukraine in the amount of EUR 5 billion for 2022, the European Commission has reported.
"Today we have disbursed a 3rd instalment of EUR 500 million under the [EUR] 5 billion exceptional 2022 Macro-Financial Assistance for Ukraine. This will contribute to Ukraine’s macroeconomic stability and strengthen its overall economic and financial resilience," the European Commission said on Twitter.
