Enemy shells Sloviansk, damages multi-storey residential building, school – mayor
KYIV. May 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – As a result of enemy shelling in Sloviansk, a multi-storey residential building and a school were damaged, there were no casualties, head of Sloviansk city military-civilian administration Vadym Liakh said.
"The morning of May 4 turned out to be unkind for Sloviansk. Several microdistricts were attacked at once. A multi-storey residential building and a school were damaged. Fortunately, there were no casualties. Now we are figuring out the amount of damage," Liakh wrote on his Facebook.
Community services’ workers go to the sites to eliminate the consequences of shelling.
"I suggest that residents once again think about evacuation," the mayor said.
