Enemy carry out 77 attacks, four assaults near Soledar – AFU eastern flank
KYIV. Jan 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Near Soledar, Donetsk region, the enemy carried out 77 attacks during the day and carried out assault operations four times, said spokesperson of the Eastern Group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Serhiy Cherevaty.
“During the day there [near Soledar], there were 77 attacks from different types of artillery and multiple rocket launchers, four enemy assaults occurred. But we retreated to pre-prepared positions, built a defense, a defeat system,” Cherevaty said on the air of the national telethon on Friday morning.
The spokesperson noted that the enemy has no significant success there, although he tried to draw attention to Soledar with all his information efforts against the background of the fact that he could not achieve results there for six months.
