Economy Ministry registers Kalush Industrial HUB industrial park in Ivano-Frankivsk region

KYIV. Sept 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine on August 30, 2021 included Kalush Industrial HUB (Kalush, Ivano-Frankivsk region) with an area of more than 18.73 hectares in the register of industrial parks.

The creation of the park was initiated by Ch.A.S. LLC.

According to information on the ministry’s website, the planned operation period of the industrial park located in Kalush is 30 years. It is planned to create about 1,200 jobs in it.

Priority types of economic activities for placement in the park will be mechanical engineering, production of machines and devices for the electrical industry, woodworking and furniture production, metalworking, production of finishing, construction and heat-insulating materials, processing of polymers, production of plastic products.

The press service of the Ministry of Economy recalls that at present, 52 industrial parks are already included in the register of industrial parks, management companies have been selected in 25 of them, and participants are involved in eight (15 participants in total).

In Ukraine, industrial parks are also being created and are operating, which are not included in the specified register, including four such objects created before the adoption of the law on industrial parks.

According to the state register, Ch.A.S. LLC was registered in 2001 with a charter capital of UAH 41 million, the main activity is property rental and management.

It also specializes in production of wooden construction structures, wholesale trade in timber and household goods, consulting on information technology.

The owner of 100% of the charter capital is Anatoliy Chumychkin from Ivano-Frankivsk.
