Eavex Capital launches Milkiland shares on Ukrainian stock exchanges
KYIV. Sept 10 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The National Securities and Stock Market Commission at a meeting on September 9 admitted to circulation in Ukraine the shares of the Milkiland group of companies (ISIN NL0009508712), which are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
According to the information on the website of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the launch was initiated by the investment company Eavex Capital.
The total number of foreign securities admitted to circulation in Ukraine has since reached 57.
As predicted last week by member of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission Yaroslav Shliakhov, another 30 to 50 foreign securities will soon receive admission to circulation on the Ukrainian market.
The Milkiland group of companies has production facilities in Ukraine, Russia and Poland. In Ukraine, it owns more than 3,000 dairy cows, and also cultivates 17,000 hectares of land.
