During day, enemy launches five missile strikes, some 45 attacks using MLRS – General Staff

KYIV. Nov 23 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Over the past day on Tuesday, November 22, the Russian invaders launched five missile strikes and carried out 45 shelling from the MLRS on settlements and positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the General Staff said.

"Over the past 24 hours, the enemy launched five missile attacks on the settlements of Kharkiv and Donetsk regions, carried out about 45 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and cities and villages," the AFU said in the morning report on the Facebook page.

In Volyn and Polissia directions, the situation did not change significantly, and no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groupings were found.

In Siversk direction in the border areas of Briansk and Kursk regions, the enemy continues to carry out demonstration and provocative actions. He carried out shelling from rocket and cannon artillery in the areas of the settlements of Semenivka, Chernihiv region and Novovasylivka, Kustyne, Druzhba, Sumy region.

In Slobozhansk direction in the border areas of Belgorod region, the enemy is holding a group of troops for demonstration operations. Periodically fires mortars and cannon artillery at positions of our troops. He fired at the areas of the settlements of Strilka, Hluboke, Krasne, Izbitske and Ohurtseve of Kharkiv region.

In Kupiansk and Lymansk directions, the invaders are defending, firing from tanks and artillery, in particular in the areas of the settlements of Kyslivka, Tabaivka, Berestove of Kharkiv region and Novoselske, Stelmahivka, Makiyivka, Ploschadka, Yampilivka and Bilohorivka.

In Bakhmutsk and Avdiyivsky directions, the enemy fired from tanks and the entire spectrum of artillery at the areas of the settlements of Vyimka, Berestove, Soledar, Bakhmut, Poprosne, Andriyivka, Zelenopillia, Kurdiumivka, Yakivlivka, Kleschivka, Avdiyivka, Vodiane, Pervomaisk, Nivelske.
