Dpty FMs of Ukraine, Poland and Lithuania to discuss security situation in the region as part of Lublin Triangle

KYIV. Dec 9 (Interfax-Ukraine) – On December 11-12, consultations of the national coordinators of the Lublin Triangle at the level of the deputy foreign ministers of Ukraine, Poland and Lithuania will take place in the Lubart’s castle (Lutsk), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has reported.

"Mykola Tochytsky, Marcin Przydacz and Mantas Adomenas will discuss the security situation in the region related to the migration crisis on the border with Belarus, the increase in the Russian military presence near Ukraine and in the temporarily occupied territories of our state," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.

The parties will coordinate further cooperation within the Lublin Triangle.

It is planned to sign a joint action plan to counter disinformation by the countries of the Lublin Triangle for 2022-2023. At 18:00 on December 11, following the results of the event, the parties will hold a joint press conference.
