Donbas Clays sees net profit rise by 51.1% in 2021, intends to pay it in dividends
KYIV. Nov 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – PrJSC Donbas Clays (Donetsk region) in 2021 increased its net profit by 51.1% compared to 2020 – up to UAH 302.512 million from UAH 200.216 million.
According to the company’s announcement of holding the annual general meeting of shareholders on December 12, its retained earnings by the end of last year amounted to UAH 498.488 million.
At the meeting, it is planned to consider the results of the company’s activities in 2021, approve the relevant reports, and distribute profits. At the same time, it is proposed to direct the profit received in 2021 to the payment of dividends.
Donbas Clays was established in 1995. The company is engaged in the production and supply of clay and composites in Donetsk region.
As reported, at the end of 2015, Dutch Watts Blake Bearne International Holdings B.V., part of Britain’s Watts Blake Bearn, increased its stake in Donbas Clays from 49% to 99%.
