Digital Transformation Ministry opens 'Diia.Center' in Luhansk region

KYIV. Nov 19 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has opened "Diia.Center" in the village of Stanytsia Luhanska, Luhansk region.

As reported on the website of the government portal, this is the sixth Diia.Center in Ukraine and the first in the east of the country. The United Nations Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme allocated more than $500,000 for its construction, and UAH 1.5 million was used from the local budget. A large mobile center for the provision of administrative services (center for the provision of administrative services) will also work for this money.

"From now on, about 25,000 residents of Stanytsia Luhanska, as well as residents of the temporarily occupied territories, will be able to receive more than 200 public services in a single space, conveniently and quickly. We are working to increase the number of modernized centers," Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation Liudmyla Rabchynska said.

It is reported that in the new "Diia.Center" people will be able to use the "Diia" portal – for this purpose a self-service place has been installed in the premises. In addition, people can get help with generating a COVID certificate and consult an online service administrator. The room is equipped with ramps, tactile and visual accessibility elements and easy navigation.

"Diia.Center" is integrated with "Diia", so documents can be shared via a QR code in the "Diia" application. Also there is a conference room and coworking in "Diia.Center", and each visitor can leave a review about the visit," the message said.

In addition to Stanytsia Luhanska, "Diia.Center" already exists in Zhytomyr, Novi Sanzhary, Mukachevo, Lanivtsi and Ivanivka.
