Deposit Guarantee Fund sells bank assets for UAH 205 mln in Sept
KYIV. Oct 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Deposit Guarantee Fund sold assets of insolvent banks for a total of UAH 205.1 million in September 2021, while a month earlier assets for UAH 382.6 million, according to a Tuesday posting on its website.
According to the report, out of 483 auctions held, 53 were successfully completed, in particular for the sale of assets of the bank Arcada (worth over UAH 102.6 million), Rodovid Bank (UAH 56.5 million), Misto Bank (UAH 2.6 million) and Fidobank (UAH 1.6 million).
In addition, assets of Zlatobank (for UAH 1 million), Capital Bank and VTB Bank (UAH 800,000 each), Cambio Bank (UAH 400,000), Premium Bank (UAH 90,000) were sold, and also Bank Finance and Credit (UAH 6,000).
As of October 1, 2021, according to the results of the auctions, payment was received for 32 lots for a total of UAH 73.6 million, 19 sales and purchase agreements were concluded.
