Death toll of missile strike on Krasnohrad in Kharkiv region increases to three people – Synehubov

KHARKIV. Aug 18 (Interfax-Ukraine) – A child who was injured as a result of a Russian missile hitting a private residential building in Krasnohrad, Kharkiv region on Thursday morning, also died, the total number of victims of an enemy missile strike increased to three people, said head of the Regional Military Administration Oleh Synehubov.

"A private house has been completely destroyed. Unfortunately, a family died there, including a 12-year-old child. Another 10 houses around this place are completely destroyed," Synehubov said on the air of the national telethon.

According to him, rescuers continue to work on the spot, so the number of victims and injured as a result of this missile strike may change.

As reported, on Thursday morning, Russian occupation troops launched a missile attack on Krasnohrad. The S-300 hit a residential building. As a result, a married couple was killed, and their 12-year-old child and two other people were injured.
