Czech parliament calls on govt to prepare sanctions that would have tangible impact on Russia – ambassador
KYIV. Dec 7 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Foreign Affairs Committee of the Czech Parliament has called on the country’s government to prepare sanctions that would have a tangible impact on the Russian Federation, Ukrainian Ambassador to the Czech Republic Yevhen Perebyinis has said.
"The Foreign Affairs Committee of the Czech Parliament in its resolution condemned the escalation of the situation around Ukraine on the part of Russia, stressed that support for the territorial integrity of Ukraine is a priority for the security of the Czech Republic, urged the government of the Czech Republic to prepare sanctions that would have a tangible impact on the Russian Federation," Perebyinis said on Twitter on Tuesday.
