Creative States flexible offices in Kyiv, Dnipro to be equipped with generators in case of blackout

KYIV. Nov 7 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Creative States, a service company for flexible offices and coworking spaces, plans to equip its locations with generators, as well as equip a bomb shelter in the parking lot of its facility in Dnipro, CEO and founder of the company Ilia Kenigshtein said.

"We are installing a powerful generator up to 1.25-1.5 MW at our locations in Arsenal [in Kyiv], it is on its way, it will be in about a week and a half. At alocation in Dnipro, negotiations are underway to connect it to the generator," he wrote on Facebook.

At the same time, Creative States co-working in the Gulliver business center is connected to a generator of the business center.

In addition, Creative States rented a parking space at a location in Dnipro to equip a bomb shelter. During air raids, flexible office shelters are open to everyone, Kenigshtein said.

According to him, the company also purchased additional heaters, power banks, blankets and mats – in case residents need to spend the night at the location.

Creative States positions itself as a network of premium, flexible workspaces with a full range of operational services. Currently, the network includes four locations in the capital: in the business center Senator, business center Gulliver, Creative States of Arsenal and Arsenal 2, as well as in the Creative State of Dnipro in Dnipro. In May 2021, Creative States presented a franchise aimed at both Ukrainian million-plus cities and Western countries. Before the full-scale invasion of Russian troops into Ukraine, the company planned to open new locations in Kyiv, Dnipro and Kharkiv in 2022.
