COVID-certificate on Diia portal to be available to printing late Sept – Digital Transformation Ministry
KYIV. Sept 17 (Interfax-Ukraine) – It will be possible to generate and print a COVID-certificate of full vaccination on the Diia portal at the end of September, according to the website of the Digital Transformation Ministry with reference to head of the department Mykhailo Fedorov.
More than 700,000 Ukrainians have already generated and are actively using their domestic and international certificates in the Diia application. Our certificates are officially recognized in the EU for travel abroad. At the end of September, we will add an opportunity to receive a certificate on the Diia portal. We are currently working on developing the service. Thanks to this, even more Ukrainians will be able to travel and use the COVID certificate," the minister’s press service quoted the minister as saying.
It is reported that thanks to the launch of the service on the Diia portal, Ukrainians who do not have an ID card or biometric passport to travel abroad or who do not have Diia. Signature or do not use the Diia application, will be able to receive a digital COVID certificate.
The Ministry of Finance promises that later a COVID certificate of negative PCR test will be available on the portal. In addition, the agency is working on the development of a single-dose vaccination certificate. It will also be available both on the portal and in the Diia application.
