Court upholds inclusion of Dozhd TV channel in register of foreign agent media outlets
MOSCOW. Dec 6 (Interfax) – Moscow’s Zamoskvoretsky District Court has declined a motion from the Dozhd TV channel seeking to reverse the Justice Ministry’s decision on putting it on the list of media outlets designated as foreign agents.
"The administrative claim has been turned down," the court told Interfax on Monday.
The Dozhd Television Channel LLC acted as the claimant and the Justice Ministry as the respondent.
