Court finally bans activities of Opposition Platform – for Life – SBU
KYIV. Sept 15 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Cassation Administrative Court of the Supreme Court of Ukraine rejected the appeal of the pro–Russian political party Opposition Platform – for Life and thus finally banned its activities in our country, the SBU press center reports.
The SBU recalled that the decision to ban the functioning of the Opposition Platform – for Life was made on the basis of a presidential decree and a decision of the NSDC.
“The Opposition Platform – for Life actually relayed the official position of the aggressor country in relation to Ukraine and caused significant damage to the interests of our state," it said on the Telegram channel.
The involvement of the leading functionaries of the Opposition Platform – for Life in activities that create real threats to national interests, security, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine has been established.
