Construction of Novopecherski Lypky residential complex resumed
KYIV. May 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The construction of the Novopecherski Lypky residential complex in Kyiv has been resumed.
"Scheduled construction work has been resumed at construction sites, and the sales office of the Novopecherski Lypky residential complex begins working on weekdays from 10:00 to 16:00," the City One Development press service said.
City One Development is an investment and development company that provides a range of services in the field of creation and development of real estate objects. Among the company’s projects are Novopecherski Lypky, Boulevard of Fountains, Svyatobor.
The real estate portfolio includes more than 900,000 square meters of construction volume. Some 600,000 square meters are at the construction stage.
