Condition of negotiations with Russia is withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukrainian territory – Podoliak
KYIV. Nov 7 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The condition for negotiations between Ukraine and the Russian Federation is the withdrawal of Russian troops from the territory of the country, Mykhailo Podoliak, adviser to the head of the President’s Office, wrote on the Telegram channel on Monday.
“Important: Ukraine has never refused to negotiate. Our negotiating position is known and open. 1. First, RF withdraws troops from Ukraine. 2. After everything else is Putin ready? Obviously not. Therefore, we are constructive in our assessment: we will talk with the next leader of Russia,” he also said.
