Concord Bank raises charter capital by 20.8% due to capitalization of part of its profit
KYIV. Oct 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Concord Bank (Dnipro) increased its charter capital by UAH 52 million, or by 20.8%, to UAH 311 million by capitalization part of its profits for 2020.
According to a report in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, within the framework of the issue, the bank increased the par value of a common registered share to UAH 1,555 from UAH 1,295.
As reported, the decision to increase the charter capital was made at a meeting of shareholders on April 27 this year.
According to the NBU, as of January 1, 2021, the largest shareholders of Concord Bank were Olena Sosedka (56.2295% of shares), Yulia Sosedka (43.7675%), and Tetiana Malomuzh (0.003%).
According to the NBU, as of September 1, 2021, in terms of total assets (UAH 5.092 billion), Concord Bank ranked 35th among 72 banks operating in the country.
