Combat boat of Turkish coast guard arrives at Odesa port on friendly visit
KYIV. Sept 14 (Interfax-Ukraine) – A Turkish coast guard boat has entered the Practical Harbor of Odesa seaport, which arrived in Ukraine on an unofficial friendly visit, the press service of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported on Tuesday.
"An unofficial friendly visit-response will last until September 16. Such meetings contribute to the strengthening of international friendly relations," the message says.
It notes that the arrival of the Turkish boat is a response to the visit of the flagship of the Maritime Guard of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine Hryhoriy Kuropyatnykov to Turkey, which visited Istanbul in August.
