Co-lead manager of Ukravtodor Dragon Capital brings its eurobonds to Ukrainian market

KYIV. Sept 3 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The National Securities and Stock Market Commission on September 2 admitted the eurobonds of the State Road Agency of Ukraine, known as Ukravtodor, which were listed on the London Stock Exchange (ISIN XS2357277149), to circulation in Ukraine.

According to the information on the website of the commission, this was initiated by the lead manager of the placement of these bonds Dragon Capital. The bonds are planned to be included in the stock exchange list of the Ukrainian Exchange.

Ukravtodor’s eurobonds became the 56th foreign security admitted to circulation on the Ukrainian market.

As reported, Dragon Capital and J.P. Morgan acted as co-lead managers and bookrunners for the placement of Ukravtodor’s $700 million eurobonds at 6.25% per annum.
