Center for Social, Humanitarian Response in Field of Mine Action being created at Reintegration Ministry
KYIV. Nov 19 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Center for Social and Humanitarian Response in the field of mine action is being created at the Ministry for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.
"The main task of the Center will be to coordinate the social and humanitarian component of mine action, including conducting information trainings on mine safety, helping victims of explosive objects, marking territories," the ministry’s press service said.
The Ministry of Reintegration states that the Center counts very much on support and assistance from international partners, and call on relevant international organizations to actively participate in its work.
