Cabinet updates action plan for implementation of De-occupation and Reintegration Strategy of Crimea
KYIV. April 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Cabinet of Ministers has approved amendments to the action plan for the implementation of the Strategy of De-Occupation and Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol.
“Measures to implement the Strategy have been updated by the Ministry of Reintegration, taking into account the conditions of martial law. In particular, the fact that the liberation of the peninsula may happen in the near future. In total, the plan includes 127 updated measures,” the press service of the Ministry of Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories said.
In particular, the improved plan for the reintegration and de-occupation of the peninsula concerns the following areas: protection of the rights of Ukrainian citizens and legal entities whose legitimate interests have been violated as a result of armed aggression; social and humanitarian policy; international cooperation; economic policy; and defense and security.
New measures are also included, among which: the development of a draft law “On the legal regime in de-occupied territories”; the formation of a reserve of employees for the recruitment of judicial, law enforcement, state bodies; the creation of a military administration for activities on the territory of Crimea; medical, rehabilitation, psychological adaptation of war veterans and persons released from Russian captivity.
