Cabinet proposes to approve Ukraine's joining agreement on European Public Law Organization
KYIV. Aug 27 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Cabinet of Ministers proposes to the Verkhovna Rada to approve Ukraine’s accession to the agreement on the founding and statute of the European Public Law Organization.
According to the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, the corresponding decision was made at a government meeting on Saturday.
In particular, the draft law on Ukraine’s accession to the agreement on the foundation and statute of the European Public Law Organization was approved.
It is noted that the bill provides for Ukraine’s joining the agreement on the founding and statute of the European Public Law Organization, which was signed in Athens on October 27, 2004, and comes into force for Ukraine from the date of receipt by the depository of the official notification of accession.
