Cabinet okays unified mechanism for introduction of social and professional adaptation of Ukrainian Defenders, their family members
KYIV. Nov 7 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the introduction of a mechanism for organizing the social and professional adaptation of Ukrainian male and female Defenders and their family members as an integral system of transition from a military career to civilian life.
"The relevant amendments were made to the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 31, 2015 No. 179 and June 21, 2017 No. 432. They provide for the introduction of different levels of retraining, advanced training and the possibility of developing and implementing short-term educational programs in professions that are in demand in the labor market during the reconstruction of the country," the press service of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs said.
In particular, we are talking about servicemen who are resigning or dismissed from military service, persons from among war veterans, persons with special merits to Ukraine, family members of such persons, family members of deceased male and female Defenders of Ukraine and injured participants of the Revolution of Dignity.
