Busin insurer increases its assets by 70% in 2021
KYIV. April 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The assets of the insurance company Busin (Kyiv) in 2021 grew by 69.3% to UAH 645.562 million, according to the materials for the agenda of the shareholders’ meeting scheduled for May 30, 2022.
According to the statement of the company in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the company’s equity capital as of December 31, 2021 amounted to UAH 148 million, which is 3% less than on the same date a year earlier. Cash and cash equivalent were UAH 174.4 million (15.3% more), accounts receivable reached UAH 235.2 million (64.5% more).
The company also said that the insurer’s noncurrent liabilities doubled, to UAH 296.6 million, current liabilities grew 2.4 times, to UAH 204.9 million.
The charter capital has not changed and amounts to UAH 73.2 million.
