KYIV. Dec 26 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) intends to provide a EUR8 million loan to Real Estate Development Center LLC for the construction of a four-star Novotel hotel in Lviv.
"The loan will be used for the construction, equipment and commissioning of a four-star hotel under the international tourist brand Novotel," Asters, a law firm acting as an adviser on the loan, said.
