Borrell: shocked by Russian attack on Ukrainian civilians, additional EU military aid is on way
BRUSSELS. Oct 10 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Josep Borrell, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, is appalled by Russia’s attacks on civilians in Ukraine. Additional EU military support is on the way.
So Borrell on his Twitter page commented on the massive bombardment of Ukrainian cities by Russia, committed on Monday morning.
"Deeply shocked by Russia’s attacks on civilians in Kyiv and other cities in Ukraine. Such acts have no place in 21st century. I condemn them in the strongest possible terms. We stand with Ukraine. Additional military support from the EU is on its way," he said.
