Bohodukhiv resident hospitalized with concussion after enemy missile strike – prosecutor's office
KHARKIV. March 28 (Interfax-Ukraine) – A retiree was injured as a result of a Tuesday missile strike inflicted by the Russian occupation forces on Bohodukhiv in Kharkiv region using two S-300 missiles.
“The enemy missiles hit a private housing area. The roofs and windows of were broken in the houses. A kindergarten was partially damaged. A 73-year-old man suffered a concussion. He was hospitalized,” the press service of Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office said.
A pre-trial investigation was launched into the case on the violation of laws and customs of warfare (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
