Blinken: USA to continue to provide Ukraine support to defend itself
KYIV. Nov 17 (Interfax-Ukraine) – U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, in a conversation with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, has stressed that the Russian Federation bears full responsibility and blame for the war against Ukraine, and the USA will continue to support Ukraine to protect itself.
“I spoke with Dmytro Kuleba today about Russia’s barrage of missiles across Ukraine that destroyed civilian infrastructure. Russia bears full responsibility and culpability for this horrific war. The U.S. will continue to provide Ukraine support to defend itself,” he said on Twitter.
