"President Biden will be speaking with President Zelensky on Thursday," Sullivan said.
Sullivan also said that Biden had informed the leaders of France, Germany, Italy and Great Britain about the talks with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
"After the call, he spoke with the leaders of France, Germany, Italy, and the UK to debrief them on the call and to consult on the way forward," Sullivan said.
