Berne Union opens special platform to discuss restoration of Ukraine – ECA
KYIV. Sept 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Berne Union has created a special platform to discuss the issues of restoring Ukraine and the possibility of participation in this process of the leading players in the global investment and trade insurance market, according to the website of the Export Credit Agency (ECA).
"The ECA Ukraine team is ready to become a qualified source of information on the state of affairs in Ukraine’s international trade for international financial institutions," Oleksiy Kushnir, Deputy Board Chairman of ECA, said at the first meeting of the Rebuilding Ukraine from an ECA Perspective platform on September 13.
The event was also attended by more than 100 representatives of export credit agencies and financial institutions from around the world, in particular, export credit agencies of Poland (KUKE), Japan (NEXI), Germany (Euler Hermes), US Export-Import Bank (US Exim), the French Public Investment Bank (BPIFRANCE) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
