MINSK. Oct 29 (Interfax) – Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has estimated the unforeseen expenses of Covid-19.
"The unforeseen expenses which help save our people will reach $2 billion by the end of the year. We provide free vaccination and free treatment for Covid-19.
