Balances on Single Treasury Account decreased by 26.7% in Sept – State treasury
KYIV. Oct 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The balances in the Single Treasury Account at the beginning of October 2021 decreased by 26.7%, or by UAH 15.35 billion, to UAH 42.14 billion.
According to the State Treasury Service of Ukraine, on the same date a year earlier the balances on the Single Treasury Account were half as much and amounted to UAH 21.28 billion.
According to the National Bank, the balance of funds on correspondent accounts of banks by the beginning of October amounted to UAH 51.97 billion, which is UAH 8.43 billion, or 14% less than a month ago.
As reported, the balances on the Single Treasury Account at the beginning of September 2021 increased by 5.8 times, to UAH 57.5 billion.
