Austin to host Ukraine Defense Contact Group meeting in Brussels on Oct 12, meet with NATO defense ministers
KYIV. Oct 11 (Interfax-Ukraine) – US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin will hold a meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group in Brussels on October 12 and will take part in a meeting of NATO defense ministers.
"Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin arrives to Brussels tomorrow. He will host the sixth meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group with more than 50 countries. Secretary Austin will then participate in the NATO Defense Ministerial meeting," the US Mission to NATO reported on Twitter on Tuesday.
