KYIV. Oct 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The assets of two business entities, the ultimate beneficiary of which is a citizen of the Russian Federation, as well as vehicles and hangars belonging to him by right of ownership, were arrested and transferred at the request of the prosecutor of Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office to the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA).
As reported on the website of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine on Wednesday, taking into account corporate rights, the total value of the transferred assets is about UAH 80 million.
"Since the beginning of the full-scale military invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, two enterprises owned by a citizen of the aggressor state have continued their activities for the production of food and brick products on the territory of Sloviansk, as well as in the temporarily occupied part of Luhansk region. In particular, the products were supplied to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus," the report says.
