AMCU allows Galnaftogaz from OKKO Group to buy oil extraction plant in Ternopil region

KYIV. Oct 29 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) on October 28 satisfied the request of Galnaftogaz Concern (the OKKO filling station network, the legal entity is located in Slavske, Lviv region) for the purchase of a plant for the extraction of sunflower oil Lan-Oil Trade (Lviv) with production facilities in Lanovets, Ternopil region.

According to the oil producer, Lan-Oil plant was built in 2010. An oil press shop, granulation and extraction shops operate on its territory. The enterprise has warehouses for storing raw materials and finished products with a total volume of 85,000 cubic meters and tanks for storing oil in a volume of up to 5,500 tonnes. There is a railway track adjacent to the warehouses of the plant.

The daily capacity of the plant is 500 tonnes, the production of sunflower oil – 225 tonnes, sunflower meal – 180 tonnes, rapeseeds – 370 tonnes, rapeseeds oil – 145 tonnes, rapeseeds meal – 208 tonnes.

According to the unified state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the main beneficiaries of Lan-Oil LLC are Ivan Kotsio, Bohdan Kuspys and Ihor Taransky, each holding 25% in the charter capital of the company.

The company in 2020 received UAH 1.93 million of net loss with revenue of UAH 20.4 million, its total assets amount to UAH 716.2 million, and debt obligations – UAH 369.3 million.

Galnaftogaz Concern is part of OKKO Group and is one of the largest fuel filling networks in Ukraine, which numbers 417 filling complexes.
