Almost 52% of all registered voters vote at local elections in Georgia – electoral commission
TBILISI. Oct 4 (Interfax) – A total of 1,815,776 people, or 51.92% of all registered voters, voted in Georgian local elections on Saturday, the country’s Central Elections Commission (CEC) said.
The CEC has said it received 366 complaints during the voting, with most of them concerning procedural issues.
The process of counting votes has begun at polling stations, it said.
