All medical institutions must register in EHS by March 31 – Ministry of Health
KYIV. March 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – All healthcare institutions in Ukraine must register and start working in the electronic healthcare system (EHS) by March 31, 2022.
As the Ministry of Health reminds on its website, this is provided for by the licensing requirements for medical practice and applies to all business entities.
In particular, the Ministry of Health clarifies that all legal entities that carry out economic activities in medical practice, except for entities engaged in economic activities in forensic areas, must be registered in the EHS.
In particular, the Ministry of Health notes that laboratory institutions, sanatorium-resort institutions, and educational institutions that provide medical care should be registered in the EHS.
“The full transition to digital accounting of all medical records will occur gradually and will include additional changes to other regulatory legal acts,” the ministry notes.
