Alfa-Bank clients invest UAH 2 bln in war bonds
KYIV. Aug 25 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Clients of Alfa-Bank (Kyiv) have invested UAH 2 billion in war bonds over six months, the bank’s press service reported on Thursday.
According to the report, in July-August, clients invested UAH 500 million in government war bonds.
On average about 11,000 contracts are concluded per day and more than 1.5 million securities are bought.
The bank offers to purchase bonds for a period of four to 14 months with a yield of 10% to 16% per annum.
According to the NBU, as of July 1, 2022, in terms of total assets, Alfa-Bank Ukraine ranked seventh (UAH 104.03 billion) among 68 banks operating in the country.
