DISTANCE LEARNING AS A FORM OF LEARNING FOREIGN
LANGUAGES
Modern students need a special approach and highly qualified specialists in the field of modern education, which would encourage the modern young generation to learning foreign languages and love of learning. Using digital resources helps students study at universities, stimulates them thought, provides new opportunities and allows them to learn to discover new ones talents.

Foreign language teachers who work with modern students, realize that such students think they are behaving differently than the previous ones generation. These students were born into the world of information technology; they spend a lot of time on social networks, on various web platforms and the Internet in general, and trust web space ideas more than postulates in well-known textbooks. The digital generation occupies a significant part humanity.
These young people need a special approach and proper technological platform for the formation of knowledge and skills. Distance learning greatly facilitates for some students a degree or additional training, while balancing between work and family obligations. Most distance learning programs allow students work in their own place and in their spare time. With more flexibility comes more responsibility from the student. Students must learn work well on your own and without constant guidance and monitoring instructor, making distance learning a challenge for those who are not easy motivated.
For example, an interactive tool such as a webinar (from the “Web seminar”), which can be classified into both categories: synchronous and asynchronous e-learning. In the case of student participation in the online website and listening to teacher lectures in real time and asking him via chat, we are dealing with synchronous learning. If the webinar entry was downloaded from the site some time ago, then in this case we use the asynchronous type of webinar and electronic teaching.
Video conferencing as a means of enhancing communication can be a subject discussion of experimental and scientific research, management organization, educational process. The first desktop video conferencing systems appeared in the mid- 90’s. Since then, they are widely used organizations that provide distance learning services. Students and faculty also have written a record of what everyone in the class is saying during the discussion. There is more potential for information exchange over the Internet than through other means transmission and receipt of information. Not everyone can qualify for a distance learning program. Successful participants must be highly motivated and self-disciplined. Because the course can be out of control, the students themselves have full responsibility for continuing the course and assessing their skills in a skill or subject. Fundamental paper dictionaries are known to be obsolete.
Vice versa, electronic dictionaries are characterized by frequent changes and availability of versions for a wide range of users. Therefore, computer dictionaries are possible considered as current lexicography. Electronic dictionaries and electronic

versions of printed dictionaries on today are widely available in the software market and printed products. They are a good basis for simplifying study foreign language. One of the most important functions performed by a teacher is a function control – to test knowledge, competencies and skills in the studied subject, which students receive both in class and outside it. Using the system of distance education when teaching foreign languages are a major breakthrough in the education of students who do not have the opportunity to be present in audiences for good reasons and gain traditional knowledge way. The paper reveals that with the help of the most modern tools for synchronous and asynchronous communication distance learning system will be able to work in a constant normal rhythm. Thus, remote or distance learning process is carried out by means of a combination synchronous and asynchronous tools, while maintaining flexibility and convenience and expanding the quality and efficiency of both methods of communication. Exactly applying a combination of pedagogical knowledge and modern technologies, it is possible to implement a successful foreign language distance learning course.
